He is the founder and currently the owner, President, and CEO of Ciena Health Care of Michigan and Laurel Health Care Company of Ohio, leading innovators and providers of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care with over 800 beds, combined revenues in excess of $700 million and work force of 10,000 employees.
Chairman of SSJD Group, a leading independent Energy supplier, Owner of Sequel Systems an IT company, 30% ownership interest in Nayatel (Pvt) Ltd. Established Pakistan Innovation Foundation to help fund young start-ups. Working in conjunction with Akuwat and Helping Hands, Chairman of Qazi Family Foundation.

MR. ZAIGHAM ADIL RIZVI - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
A qualified Electrical Engineer having double Masters in Economics and Computer Engineering with honors from renowned Universities in Pakistan.
He worked for Pakistan Railways as Chief Electrical Engineer for 23 years till 1999. His experience has earned him accolades with several recognitions for his research work.
Since then, he is associated with National Steel Complex Limited (NSCL) and has served at many senior level positions, under him TIEPCO (An Electrical Goods Manufacturing Unit of NSCL) went through several successful upgradations where his technical knowledge proved to be decisive and company turned around as a highly reputable and profitable venture.
He was then posted as Director Projects of NSCL and led the construction and commissioning of the first DRI Plant of Pakistan having a capacity of 1.5 MTPA.
He is now proudly serving as CEO of NSCL as well as Alhadeed Pelletization Company Limited (APCL). He is instrumental in spearheading this bold initiative of developing Pakistan’s first large scale Iron Ore Beneficiation and Pelletization plants on the concept of Transfer of Technology (ToT).
MR. MUHAMMAD OWAIS HABIB – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
A Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAP with a professional experience of over 20 years.
He joined A.F. Ferguson & Co. a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited in 2001, where he gained valuable experience while working on various diverse assignments serving various clients from the Financial, Manufacturing and service industries. He joined Al-Tuwairqi Group – Saudi Arabia (ATG) for its Pakistan operations in 2007 and worked his way up the career ladder.
Currently, he has been working as the CFO of NSCL and is actively engaged in its revival and expansion plans. In view of the ever-changing global market dynamics, he has been instrumental in identifying vital cost reduction strategies.
GHIAS UDDIN NASIR - HEAD OF PROCUREMENT
Have over 40 years of versatile experience of working on Electrical Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Projects (HV/MV/LV), Industrial Plants like Steel, Cement, Sugar, Fertilizer etc. and infrastructure projects (Airport, Railways, Hospital, Housing Complex and Commercial Buildings).
Worked for Siemens (17 Years), AEG/Alstom (2 Years) in Pakistan and Global subsidiaries including Germany. Also worked in Saudi Arabia for Al-Tuwairqi Group – Saudi Arabia (ATG) as DGM of TIEPCO. Successfully executed HV Substation Project/Svc for National Steel Company, KSA and Arab Steel Company. Also worked as a Lead Auditor and Management Representative (MR) for Quality Assurance/Quality Management System.
With a rich and diverse experience of procurement of Electro-Mechanical Equipment and Plant & Machinery, he currently heads the procurement function of NSCL.
MATEEN JALAL KHATTAK - HEAD OF BACKWARD INTEGRATION
An MBA – Finance from SZABIST with a professional working experience of around 19 years. He started his career with K-Electric learning the valuable art of public dealing.
Soon after he joined Al-Tuwairqi Group – Saudi Arabia (ATG) for its Pakistan operations in its Treasury function. Gaining valuable experience during his career, he is currently leading the Back Integration Project in NSCL.
Recognizing his admirable leadership skills and tenacity, he has been assigned the responsibility of spearheading the identification of indigenous iron ore resources for the backward integration project. He has extensively travelled the remote areas of Baluchistan keeping close liaison with all relevant stakeholders.
Huma Javaid - Head of HR & Corp. Affairs
She has a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in HR. She is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience covering various facets of HR.
She is currently working as Head of Human Resource & Corporate Affairs at National Steel Complex Limited.
As a certified director by Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, she is currently serving on the board of Crescent Star Insurance Company and Hafiz Limited as an Independent Board Member.
She has a track record of working closely with C-level leadership and the board to pursue key HR agenda items ensuring a vibrant and healthy organizational culture that is focused on its most valuable assets, i.e., its people. She is a subject matter expert in Recruitment, Organization Development, Employee Relations, and HR Policy.
Her work experience includes leading the HR function for Commercial at Martin Dow Ltd. and leading the HR and Administration department at Siddiqsons Group and JS Investments Ltd, reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive.
Abdul Razzaq - Site Incharge
A Metallurgical and Material Science Engineer with over 35 years of professional experience in Heavy Steel Industries in Pakistan and KSA.
Currently serving NSCL as Site In charge.
He started his career with Ittefaq Foundry at Kott Lakhpat, Pakistan one of the leading heavy steel manufacturing, rolling and casting unit.
He also worked as Production Manager in Peoples Steel Mills, Karachi in the special alloy steel plant having steel melting, rolling and forging facilities. He joined ATG in 2004 as Production Head and has also served Agha Steel Company as COO.
Naseer Iqbal - Plant Manager
An Electrical Engineer having over 35 years of experience in executing numerous projects in Pakistan and abroad covering diverse industrial sectors like Steel, Fertilizer and Cement in addition to Infrastructure projects of Grid Station, Hospitals, Airports, High Rise and Malls. Played leading role in Production, Project Management, Procurement, Construction and Testing & Commissioning.
Worked with renowned multinational companies like Johnson & Philips and AEG/Alstom. Worked as Senior Manager Electrical Manufacturing Operations at TIEPCO (Al-Tuwairqi Group) where he successfully executed bulk-power high voltage substation project for National Steel Company, Arab Steel Company, Saudi Electric Company and ARAMCO.
Having a multifaceted industry experience, he is currently working as the Plant Manager – DRI Plant in NSCL.
