Technology Centre of NSCL (formerly TSMLE) was the key to success in Human Resource Development (HRD) and containing Capex through Transfer of Technology (TOT). Now, we are more emphatic about augmenting this concept further and have established a new company for the same activities under the title, Q Engineering Services.
A full-fledged, fully functional Technology Center with more than 30 Professional Engineers dedicated to work on Design and Engineering is established. Conceptual Design by the OEM, while rest all the Detailed Engineering, Shop Drawings and Fabrication is being executed in-house in Pakistan.
Fabrication Facility
A comprehensive, fully established Fabrication Facility / Workshop located at Port Qasim area Karachi, Pakistan as one of distinguished solution provider in this region with a capacity of 500 tons/month for Fabrication of Pipes, Steel structures, Tanks/Vessels, Packaged Equipment Skids, Industrial parts etc. and machining works as per the International Standards.
This is a 1 Acre (100 m x 44 m) covered Area Fabrication Workshop and Machine Shop equipped with all necessary modern machines and equipment such as 35mm thk x 3m Wide Plate Bending Roller, CNC Plasma Jet Cutting, Overhead cranes etc.
